A shocking number

I need to drastically change start today, i knew i was overweight.After so many times of trying every diet plan: Atkins,skip dinner,slimming products but never achieved any of goals.I began to realize that my weight seemed to be getting higher & higher in the middle of university life.I didn't think anything about it (weight gain) & i continued to eat what i love to eat and ignoring about what calories,sugar,carbohydrates could be doing to my BMI.I've discover a new diet plan that maybe really work:Low Calories Diet.A Low Calories Diet Plan is usually used to achieved weight loss with reducing calorie intake.Setting a daily calories intake will allow us to be more conscious of many calories we consume per day.I have been using online food diary Lose It! ,easier for me to record what i have eaten & how many calories should i consume.Its easily track my daily calories intake by adding foods to the diary & the program will tell whether under or over my daily calorie budget.So, I am on a journey to lose weight!
